RE:                  COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION

CITY STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on June 7, 2011:  Jonathan Douglas, Laura Warner & Jessica Roberts.

SCOPE OF WORK:

2209 Princeton Blvd.  Remove trees in front and trim overgrowth around rest of yard.  Repair fence gate.  Replace damaged siding, window sills and window trim.  Install trough liners and jamb liners as needed to meet clearance testing.  Prep and paint all exterior wood.  Hand dig and raise a window well. Install access ramp.  Relocate hose bibb, install exterior GFCI and clothes dryer vent weather-head.  Make minor interior wall repairs and touch up paint.  Convert one bath room from tub to shower and install grab bars in both bath rooms. Remove wall paper, repair and prep drywall and paint bathrooms.   Install vinyl floor coverings in bathrooms kitchen, family room and basement storage.  Install ceiling fan boxes, countertop GFCI’s, smoke detectors and replace some switches.  Clean carpets throughout house.  Install shut off valves and caulk bath fixtures.
