Community Commission on Homelessness Tentative Agenda Timeline

 

March

  1. Incorporate monthly consideration of Five Housing Options from the Housing Vision as possible agenda items. Topic sections from Task Force Plan not included in Housing Vision would also be possible periodic agenda items.
  2. Accept into temporary use the CCH By-Laws until such time as new Resolution defining the CCH is passed by the City Commission.
  3. LCS representative report to CCH on status of Special Use Permit as known, give any other updates on shelter options as is possible, and review day shelter use numbers for January and February 2011.
  4. Family Promise annual report.

 

April

1.      Homeless Management Information System presentation from MAAC-Link representative describing types of reporting possible through HMIS system.

2.      Presentation on proposed transportation system expansions (Samantha Snyder, point person).

 

May

  1. Housing Vision review.
  2. HMIS presentation (if April not possible).
  3. Lawrence Memorial Hospital report on charity care to homeless individuals (if feasible-Karin Feltman, point person)

 

June

Report outlining current day shelter usage (LCS and such programs as RAHN-Recovery and Hope Network)—Wes Dahlberg, point person

 

September

Data reporting review—what data, from whom, how often, what format? (This could be an agenda item or more likely a brainstorming meeting separate from monthly meeting.)
