TERMS:         One year term.  Terms expire July 1 of corresponding year.

MEMBERS:   Twenty-three members, one representing the City of Lawrence.

MEETINGS:   Full committee meets four times a year on the second Thursday.  Executive Committee meets at the discretion of the Chair.  Judicial Center, 111 E. 11^th, 7:30 a.m.

FUNCTION:

The Committee reviews the plans and programs affecting emergency preparedness and planning activities in Douglas County.
