· Consider making a determination based on a consideration of all relevant factors that there is/is not a feasible and prudent alternative to the proposed demolition of the structures located at 711 Connecticut Street and that the proposed demolition includes/does not include all possible planning to minimize harm to the listed property. The Historic Resources Commission determined on February 17, 2011 that this project will encroach upon, damage or destroy the listed historic properties and their environs. Appeal Request

· Approve sidewalk dining application and use of right-of-way requests associated with the site plan for the redevelopment of the Dillon’s site at 1740 Massachusetts Street (SP-12-62-10). Traffic Impact Study Utility Plan Grading and Drainage Plan Site Plan Landscape Plan Existing Conditions/Demolition Plan Elevation drawings will be added after they are provided.
· Receive request from the University of Kansas School of Architecture, Design & Planning regarding the pedestrian tunnel at Pinckney Elementary School.
· City Auditor will present Performance Audit: Fee Policy Could Guide Staff and Inform the Public.
