Please place this report on the March 15, 2011 City Commission agenda.
This Special Use Permit was approved by the City Commission in February 2010 with several conditions. One condition requires the applicant to provide periodic reporting related to fundraising activities.
Loring Henderson, Director of the Lawrence Community Shelter, has provided the attached summary as required by the Conditions of the Special Use Permit for the shelter. Also attached is the semi-annual summary report provided to planning staff.
