Vacation of Pedestrian Easements – Lake Estates At Alvamar February 8, 2011 City Commission Agenda |
The City Commission will hold a public hearing on February 8, 2011 on the application from Mike Garber, Garber Enterprises, Inc. requesting the vacation of two pedestrian easements located in Lake Estates at Alvamar.
The easements are between 2105 and 2109 Cove Court and 6208 and 6204 W. 22nd Court. The developer desires to adjust the property lines through a Minor Subdivision and will provide a new pedestrian easement.
All utilities and property owners within 200’ were notified and there were no objections/concerns.
Action Requested:
Open public hearing and pending comments approve order of vacation
