RE: Mortgage Release
The following agency participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The mortgage provisions have been satisfied and the mortgage should be released.
1) Pelathe Community Resource Center, Inc., received CDBG funds for the purchase and subsequent rehabilitation of a triplex and four-plex at 1409 and 1411 Haskell Avenue in 2000.
The City Clerk will have the document ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
