RE:	3 Spoons Yogurt Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License

DJC LLC, d/b/a Spoons Yogurt Restaurant, 732 Massachusetts Street, has applied for a Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License and has submitted all required documents. The related site plan (SP-10-53-10) is also on the January 18, 2010 consent agenda.

Staff recommends approval of the site plan and sidewalk dining and hospitality license for DJC LLC d/b/a Spoons Yogurt Restaurant.

ACTIONS:      Approve Site Plan SP-12-54-09 for a new restaurant and sidewalk dining area for Spoons Yogurt Restaurant, to be located at 732 Massachusetts Street. Submitted by Spoons Yogurt, DJC Holdings, LLC, property owner of record.

Approve sidewalk dining and hospitality license for Spoons Yogurt Restaurant, 732 Massachusetts Street.
