RE:	Poehler Building – Redevelopment Proposal

Tony Krsnich with Landmark Investment Group and Krsnich Investment Group plans to attend this evening’s City Commission to discuss plans concerning the Poehler building at 619 E. 8 ^th Street.  There is an extensive land use history for this building which is  overviewed by Scott McCullough in a separate memo.  Mr. Krsnich has indicated that the Krsnich Investment Group will be the lead developer for the property.   Additionally, he has indicated that the Group is seeking a resolution of support from the City Commission for Section 42 tax credits which relate to affordable housing credits.  The property may also be eligible for historic tax credits at some point.   Additional details concerning the proposal and next steps for consideration will be provided at this evening’s meeting.
