December 2010 Monthly Permit Report
|
Included in the December summary report is a correction to monthly statistics for September. Building permit #10-00100624, issued for construction of the Lawrence Retirement Residence at 4430 Bauer Farm Drive, was listed as a new business rather than an apartment building. The ramification was that the 124 dwelling units included in the project were not recognized in the permit reports. Permit reports for September, October and November have been corrected and reposted to the PDS webpage, http://lawrenceks.org/pds/permit_reports.
For December, a total of 195 permits were issued with a total construction value of $4,296,103. This compares to 172 permits with construction value of $5,510,022 in December 2009.
