PP-6-5-10; Revised Preliminary Plat for Riverside Business Park Addition with additional Utility Easements

 

The City Commission accepted the dedication of rights-of-way and easements as shown on the preliminary plat for the Riverside Business Park Addition at their September 14, 2010 meeting. Through staff’s review of the final plat additional utility easements were determined to be necessary. A landscape easement was dedicated along the southern property line with the preliminary plat, but sanitary sewer lines cross this easement in the locations shown in the figure below. The preliminary plat has been revised to include utility easements within the landscape easement so these sewer lines will be located within a utility easement.

City Commission Action Requested

Accept the dedication of the easements as shown on the revised preliminary plat.
