RE:	Revised Preliminary Plat for George Subdivision #4 (PP-6-4-10)

Request: Please place the revised preliminary plat for George Subdivision # 4 on the City Commission’s consent agenda for consideration of acceptance of additional utility easements. 

The Preliminary Plat for George Subdivision No. 4 was approved by the Planning Commission at their August meeting and was placed on the City Commission’s Sept. 14^th consent agenda for acceptance of dedications.

During the review of the public improvement plans it was noted that an additional easement is needed for sanitary sewer service. The applicant revised the preliminary plat to provide the utility easement on the south side of the proposed lot 1.

The revised Preliminary Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedications of easements.

Action Requested: Approve revised preliminary plat request for dedication of easements and rights of way for George Subdivision # 4.
