CITY STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on September 21, 2010: Alan Landis, Jonathan Douglass, Tony Hoch & Jessica Roberts.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1616 East Glenn Drive.: Remove and replace concrete front porch, homeowner sidewalk and driveway. Install a trench drain in the back yard. Includes, minor window repair through-out the house. Electrical work to include installing new receptacles in the bedrooms, install GFCI, replace switches, install ceiling fan boxes, minor wiring repair in the garage and install new underground wiring for an exterior shed. Plumbing repairs in the basement. House was built in 1961, so Lead Safe Work Practices are required.

Provide window repair and replacement. Plumbing work includes, replacing the bath tub and enclosure complete, replacing the hot water heater, sink drain repair. Replace flooring in the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and bathroom. Replace interior doors. Includes an alternate to replace the base cabinets and sink in the kitchen. The house was built in 1950 so Lead Safe Work Practices will be required.
