RE:	Revised Preliminary Plat for Hallmark Addition 3^rd Plat

The Preliminary Plat for Hallmark Addition 3^rd Plat was approved by the Planning Commission at their August meeting and was placed on the City Commission’s Sept. 14^th consent agenda for acceptance of dedications.

During the review of the site plan for this property, a separation issue was identified between the sanitary sewer line on the north side of Lot 3 and the building on Lot 3.  The applicant revised the preliminary plat to widen the utility easement between these two lots by 5 ft to provide additional separation.

The revised Preliminary Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedications of easements with a 20 ft utility easement between Lots 2 and 3, rather than the 15 ft easement previously shown.
