The referenced property has been inspected and found to be in violation of the City Environmental Code. The property is blighted with an accumulation of trash, garbage, household items, fallen/dead tree branch, car batteries, lumber, etc.
In addition to the Environmental Code violations, the structure was vacated by Code Enforcement staff on 5/28/10 due to uninhabitable conditions. To this date, the property remains vacated. The property is also currently being foreclosed on by the mortgage company.
The owner of record is: Melinda Fridy

In effort to clean the property’s exterior, I am requesting that a resolution be adopted declaring the property environmentally blighted and ordering the property owner to remove violations within 20 days. Should the property owner fail to remove the violations, the City will contract to have the blight removed. Expenses incurred for this would be the responsibility of the property owner of record.
A brief chronology of recent contact is as follows:
June 1 2010 Inspected, property blighted with trash, household items, garbage, etc. Issued Notice of Violation.
June 28 2010 Inspected, no improvement. Took pictures of property.
July 8 2010 Inspected, blight remains.
Attached are pictures of the subject property. Please let me know if you have questions concerning this. Thank you.
