Call meeting to order.
Dillon called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Introductions.
The Board Members introduced themselves.
Approve the September 16, 2009 minutes.
Breithaupt made a motion to approve the minutes. Burd second the motion, the motion passed 3-0.
Review Process of 2009 International Codes.
Staff relayed to the Board that their view of amending out the fire sprinkler code requirement in one and two family dwelling was conveyed to the Building Board at their last meeting.
The Board reviewed Chapter 30 of the 2009 International Residential Code. The Board did not recommend any new changes to Chapter 30.
The Board moved on to Chapter 31 with their review. The Board discussed the vent size equaling the sewer size and whether to remove the current ordinance requiring the equal size. The Board decided to give this requirement more thought and address at the next meeting.
After finishing up the rest of Chapter 31 with no alterations it was decided to adjourn and review Chapter 32 and 33 at the next meeting.

With no other business Breithaupt made a motion to adjourn. Burd second the motion, the motion passed 3-0.
Dillon adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
