RE:                  COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION

CITY STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on March 16, 2010:  Alan Landis, Diane Trybom, Tony Hoch.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1132 Rhode Island St –Remove and replace city and homeowner sidewalks.  Install new gutters, downspouts.  Replace damaged and missing lap siding.  Replace porch lattice, corner, and eave trim and install a porch beam support column.  Prep and paint exterior.  Install tile back splash for kitchen countertop. Make minor interior repairs and minor painting.  Install new lighting fixtures in hallway.  Install new furnace with additional duct work and water heater.  Install new water service line and other water supply line repairs in basement.  Alternate bids for sewer line replacement.
