EMISSIONS CONTROL DEVICES – Public Works – Bid#09071 |
Public Works Central Maintenance Garage requested bids for the purchase and installation of emission control devices consisting of mufflers and catalysts for the City’s diesel trucks. The City is required by Federal law to have the upgrades in place and in working order by June 30, 2010. The new mufflers and catalysts will reduce carcinogens on the air. The City received a Federal grant for the purchase and installation of this equipment.
