GENERAL PAINTING – PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT – #B1004

Parks and Recreation requested bids for unit pricing for general painting.  This bid is for small jobs costing less than $15,000 for the 2010 calendar year and was written so other City departments can utilize the pricing.  The bid was also written to be renewed for two additional years providing prices remain the same, both parties agree and funds are available.  Parks and Recreation estimated there could be up to $25,000 spent on these jobs.  These projects will come out of many accounts that were approved in the 2010 budgeting process. 

Recommendation Action: 

Award bid for unit price of general painting work for the Parks and Recreation Department to Matt Jacobs Painting, not to exceed $25,000.00 (Parks and Recreation accounts)
