There were 157 permits issued in February 2010, compared to 136 in 2009.  Permit valuation was $3,520,422 compared to $4,473,007 last year.  Fees were $32,630.55 compared to $37,951.70 last year.  Permit valuation and fees will be tracked throughout the year in the following table:

Thirteen permits were issued for new single-family dwellings, compared to six in February last year.  The number of permits and total number of residential units will be tracked throughout the year in the following table, similar to permit valuation and fees:

There were no permits issued for large projects in February.  New single-family dwelling permits accounted for 85% of the total valuation of permits issued for the month.  Also, there were no permits issued for public projects.
