RE:	Request for changes to street vendor license ordinance

The city has received the attached request for changes to the street vendor license ordinance. Street vendors, which are licensed through the City Clerk’s Office, are currently only allowed at certain locations downtown and they must cease operations by 9:00 p.m. The requested changes would add a location or locations to those already allowed, as well as permit operation later into the evening/early morning.

ACTION:      Receive request for changes to the street vendor license ordinance; refer to staff for a report.
