CITY STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on December 22, 2009:  Alan Landis, Diane Trybom, Jessica Roberts, Tony Hoch.

COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:

2420 Bryce Ct.:  Install vinyl siding, replacement windows, sliding doors, garage doors, gutters and downspouts, light fixture and repair entry doors.  Secure rear deck to house and add spindles to meet code. Install new kitchen countertop and sink, vanity sink and door lock.  Make minor electrical and drywall repairs, install vinyl floor coving, make accessibility improvements, install new furnace and water heater. Alternate to replace driveway.
