RE:	2009 Lawrence Police Department Racial Profiling Report

Please find attached the Lawrence Police Department 2009 racial profiling report.  Pursuant to State law, a report must be filed annually with the Kansas Attorney General for each law enforcement agency in the State.  Section 1-2503(5) of the City Code requires that this report also be presented to the Lawrence Citizen Advisory Board, and this was done at its January 11, 2010 meeting.
