COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:

3507 W. 10^th St.: Front steps, sidewalk, retaining wall and driveway replacement.  Exterior handrail installation, handrail repair and dryer vent replacement.  Install an “Under-deck” drainage system and weather shield.  Electrical repairs, GFCI’s, minor plumbing repairs and shower door installation.  Alternate for an additional retaining wall.
