RE:	Resolution Authorizing Account with  JPMorgan Chase

Staff requests the City Commission adopt Resolution No. 6872, authorizing the City to establish an account with JPMorgan Chase to facilitate the administration of the contract with CIGNA Healthcare.  CIGNA Healthcare will serve as the administrator of the City’s employee health care plan commencing on January 1, 2010.  The City Commission authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract with CIGNA Healthcare to administer the employee health care plan on September 8, 2009. 

Action Requested:  Adopt Resolution No. 6872, authorizing the City to establish an account with JPMorgan Chase, if appropriate.
