RE:	CVB Bylaws

The Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (CVB) adopted bylaws at their November 17, 2009 meeting.  The bylaws reflect how the CVB Board is organized and will conduct business.  The bylaws must be approved by the City Commission before they are fully adopted.

The CVB Board has not adopted bylaws previously.  City staff felt that formal bylaws would add structure to committee and provide guidelines for membership, powers of the board and official duties for officers.
