The Bowersock Mills and Power Company (BMPC) respectfully requests to be placed on the City of Lawrence, Kansas City Commission Agenda for Tuesday, December 15^th, 2009.

BMPC requests the Commission to review and approve the BMPC application for the Recovery Zone Facility Bond Reallocation.  BMPC requests that the City of Lawrence serve as the bond issuer.

The project to which the funding would be allocated is an expansion of The Bowersock Mills and Power Company hydroelectric station on the Kansas River.  BMPC intends to build an additional hydropower plant on the north end of the Bowersock Dam.
