RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full payment of the debt secured by a certain Mortgage made by Kelly L. and Robert R. Kinder, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 17^th day of June, 2002, and which was recorded in Book 1031, Page 4698, Book of Mortgages, Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

Lot 2, in Block 2, in Fairview, an Addition to the City of Lawrence, in Douglas County, Kansas.     

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released.
