Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the October 20, 2009 meeting:
The attached agreement commits KDOT to participating in the Bowersock Dam Stabilization project in an amount of $100,000. The City will share all boring information and pick up a couple more bores for KDOT. KDOT’s share will be received upon completion of the project.
Action Request.
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Participation Agreement with KDOT.
