Staff handed out code books to the Board and copies of the relative ordinances. Staff continued stating that the review of the 2009 International Residential Code will be done by multiple boards it is requested that all the boards start there.
Staff explained that the Board would focus on Chapters 19, 20, 22, and 24 thru 33 of the 2009 IRC but the Boards impute would not be limited to those chapters.
Chaney asked what or if there was a time table to consider.
Staff replied that there was not a definitive time table but thought the review would not be lengthy because of the marginal markings in the book. Staff suggested that the next two meetings be dedicated to the IRC review.
