Project History. On March 3, 2009 the City received a petition for street, water and sanitary sewer improvements for Fairfield East Addition No. 1. The City Commission approved Resolution 6831 and 6832 establishing the respective benefit district.
Project Description. The project includes street, curb and gutter, sidewalks, water main, sanitary sewer main, and lift station/force main for the development. The benefit district will pay 100% of the cost of the improvements. No city funds will be used.
