CITY STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on August 18, 2009:  Alan Landis, Jonathan Douglass.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1827 Alabama St. – Trim overhanging tree branches, install oversized gutters and downspouts, replace homeowner sidewalk and rear patio.  Re-grade yard to promote drainage.  Install new rear entry door and new countertops in kitchen.  Install new floor covering in bath and kitchen/dining room.  Install new Electrical service and consolidate existing wiring.  Install new furnace and water heater and reconfigure water supply lines and gas piping.  Install new water service line from meter to house.  Alternate bids for replacement of windows in two rooms.
