ORDINANCE NO. 8434

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2009 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited on 9^th Street along the north side from Tennessee Street to Indiana Street.

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited on 9^th Street along the south side from Ohio Street to Indiana Street.

SECTION III.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
