STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on April 28, 2009:  Tony Hoch, Alan Landis, Kaci Love.

COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:

1025 New York St.:    Roofing and guttering replacement, sidewalk replacement, window repairs and painting.  Repair wood parts of garage, reroof and paint.  Replace exterior door.  Stabilize floor joists in kitchen and install vinyl floor coverings.  Install bathtub.  Make minor electrical repairs.  Install metal dryer vent and smoke detector.

Recommendation Action: 

1025 New York St.:  Award bid, to Comet Corp. for $28,038.00. The property owner has provided the additional $4,038.00 above the $25,000.00 program limit which includes $1,000.00 in contingency funds.
