ORDINANCE NO. 8398

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2008 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the south side of 10^th Place between Kasold Drive and Randall Road, along the east side of Randall Road between 10^th Place and 10^th Terrace, and along the north side of 10^th Terrace between Randall Road and Randall Road.

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
