ORDINANCE NO. 8399

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2008 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO RESERVED PARKING ZONES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, RESERVED PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES is hereby established along the north side of 22^nd Terrace from the west property line of 802 W. 22^nd Terrace, east 100 feet. 

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Reserved Parking Zones for Persons with Disabilities, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
