COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:
408 Yorkshire Dr.: Stabilize foundation with pilasters. Replace upper portion of driveway and sidewalk. Replace damaged exterior wood and paint house. Install GFCI protection in Kitchen, garage, bath rooms and two exterior outlets. Replace bath exhaust fan. Install new water heater. Install 220 volt circuit for dryer and abandon copper gas line. Install outlet for garage door opener.
