CONTRACT MOWING – UTILITIES DEPARTMENT – B09018
Utilities Department bid out contract mowing for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Lift Stations, Kaw Water Treatment Plant and the Clinton Water Treatment Plant. (See attachment). Utilities contracts mowing for these areas yearly although this year the bid was written as a renewable contract for two additional one year periods proving funds are available and both parties agree.
The bid from Harrell Lawn Care for Kaw Water Treatment Plant and Facilities was incomplete and they were not able to mow all areas for their total bid so their bid on this area was removed by them.
This was budgeted in the 2009 budgeting process.
