RE:                   Jackpot Music Hall Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License

Carroll’s Management, Inc., doing business as Jackpot Music Hall, 943 Massachusetts, has recently applied for a Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License and has submitted all required documents.  The related site plan, SP-12-112-08, is also on the March 31, 2009 agenda.  Jackpot Music Hall is planning to offer alcoholic beverages to its customers and its drinking establishment license was approved on the December 30, 2008 Consent Agenda.  As such, enclosed is Ordinance 8382, which after its effective date, would allow possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the Jackpot Music Hall sidewalk dining and hospitality portion of city right of way. 

City Clerk’s Office staff recommends approval of the Jackpot Music Hall Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License application and related Ordinance 8382.
