Vehicle / Job Appropriateness Survey
 
The following survey is meant to help determine what type of vehicle can and should be utilized for specific job functions. This form must be submitted to the Central Maintenance Garage Superintendent along with the "Request for Vehicle Bids" form.

Types of load routinely carried: This excavation equipment is used to load materials and excavate earth
  Examples: Tools, equipment, paperwork, staff

  Examples: Daily, 3-4 times/wk, 1-2 times/wk, 1-5 times/month, 1-3 times/quarter, 1-4 times/yr
 
Normal Work Routine:

Will this vehicle need to pull a trailer? No

  Single axle 2,000-4,000 pound

What environmentally preferred options were considered? (summarize evaluation)  
Universally used by all crews every day for a all types of street & Alley (concrete, asphalt and brick), Levee, Stormwater and emergency operations.
