COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:
2703 Bonanza St. – Trim overhanging tree. Install new shingles, gutter, downspouts and in-ground drain system. Replace damaged siding, window trim and paint exterior. Replace handrail. Install new countertop and sink in bathroom. Replace floor coverings in bath, kitchen and entry areas. Replace kitchen faucet and install crown molding. Provide GFCI protection in kitchen and bath. Window repairs in kitchen, bedroom and basement. Install new lighting fixture for stairs and repair basement lighting and outlets in basement. Install new water heater.

Repair several windows, laminate plaster ceiling, modify base cabinet rough in for dish washer and install new countertop with sink. Rebuild roof framing on shed and install shingle roof.
