RE:	Transit Implementation Specialist visit with the City Commission

Olsson Associates was selected in January to provide route and schedule design recommendations for coordinated City of Lawrence and University of Kansas transit services.  Representatives from Olsson & Associates will be on hand the week February 9 to visit various stakeholders within the community to get input on the transit implementation plan.

Olsson Associates will be looking for input from the City Commission regarding what goals the Commission may wish to achieve through the study and to enable greater coordination with KU.

Attached are the materials from the December 16, 2009 City Commission Meeting that outlines the scope for the consultant’s work.
