Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the February 10, 2009 meeting:
Approval of Change Orders No. 4 (additional) thru 10 for 25th Terrace, O’Connell Road to Franklin Rd. Change orders 1 thru 4 were approved on May 13, 2008. Change orders 4 (additional) through 10 cover all outstanding items. Total change order amount is $117,631.05. All change orders are funded 100% by the benefit district; 0% by the City at large.
Project Status. The project is 100% complete and was completed within the contract allowable time.
Project Funding. The total project cost is funded 100% from the benefit district; 0% by the City at large. The estimated construction costs for the benefit district was $2,590,000.00.
