Planning and Development Services add web-based agenda format to two citizen Advisory Boards
The Community Commission on Homelessness (CCH) and the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) have recently upgraded to a web-based agenda format for their advisory board meetings. The committees are utilizing the City Commission room computers and the committee members will be able to access other resources during their meetings, including committee reference materials and internet research. The project has been developed through the Community Development Division and has been supported and created through Renee Yocum, GIS Analyst, and Eric Gruber, E-Gov Coordinator. The website for the CCH can be found at http://www.lawrenceks.org/advisory_boards/cch/home. The CDAC agenda site can be found at http://www.lawrenceks.org/pds/nrac_agendas_minutes.
