Please include the following item on the City Commission consent agenda for consideration at the January 20, 2009 meeting:

When a stop sign is installed an ordinance establishing the stop is passed so that law enforcement can cite violators of the stop sign. In 2006 the intersection of Kasold Drive and Peterson Road was signalized and the All-Way Stop Signs are now obsolete. An ordinance rescinding the All-Way Stop should now be passed. 

The ordinance also establishes the parking restrictions recommended by the Traffic Safety Commission on 12/01/08.

Action Request.   Approve Ordinance 8213, rescinding All-Way Stop Signs at the Kasold Drive and Peterson Road intersection and prohibiting parking on the south side of Hillcrest Road and on the west side of Spencer Drive 7AM-5PM MON-FRI; and prohibiting parking on the west side of Stone Meadows Drive between Bob Billings Parkway and the south leg of Brighton Circle and on the west side of Louisiana Street between 18^th Street and 19^th Street.
