RE:	Infrastructure Sales Tax – Projected Expenditures

Attached is a spreadsheet summarizing projected revenues from the 0.3 percent infrastructure and equipment sales tax approved by voters in November 2008.  Consistent with previous projections, this projection anticipates 2% annual growth in sales tax revenue over the course of the 10-year tax.  Staff believes these estimates to be conservative estimates.  The spreadsheet also anticipates $1 million in revenues from other sources.  It is anticipated that additional outside resources will be identified to aid with projects identified for this use.  As revenues are collected the plan will be adjusted, with projects added or eliminated based on actual revenues.
