Please place the following on the December 30, 2008 City Commission agenda for their consideration:
Award bid for 2009 bus shelter maintenance services for the Lawrence Transit System to Bob’s Janitorial for $9,765.60.
Background
The Lawrence Transit System requested bids for bus shelter maintenance services for 2009. The services included contractors to provide cleaning service biweekly, trash removal weekly, light maintenance, and decal installation services as requested for transit shelters located throughout the City of Lawrence.
The following table illustrates the results of the bids received December 16, 2008.
