ORDINANCE NO. 8354

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2008 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION Ia.   From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the west side of Louisiana Street, from 19^th Street north 275 feet.  (tsc_11_3_08_item 3).

SECTION Ib.   From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the south side of 18^th Street, from Missouri Street west 100 feet.  (tsc_11_3_08_item4). 

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
