Note – In October 11 “commercial” permits were issued for Remington Place apartments, all of which exceeded the 15 day
target for initial review due in part to the quantity and complexity of review required. Removing these permits from the
equation, 13 of 16 (81.25%) of initial reviewed were completed within the target time frame.
