RE:	Lawrence Freenet Quarterly Reports

As you are aware, Lawrence Freenet is required to submit quarterly reports to the City of Lawrence regarding the status of the low income family initiative.  The 2008 third quarter report is attached.

I also am providing the 2008 first and second quarter reports that have previously been received by the City Commission.
